Pruritus is a common, often debilitating symptom experienced by patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) that, along with other symptoms and disease complications, is best managed by an interprofessional, multidisciplinary care team. This activity highlights key concepts in patient management, as well as provides an overview of the principles of interprofessional collaboration and describes recommended roles for each member of the interprofessional liver care team.
