Molecular alterations and ROS1 rearrangements, along with sequencing and safety considerations, play critical roles in personalizing targeted treatment in patients with ROS1 non-small cell lung cancer. To further enhance the benefits of targeted therapy, and improve patient health outcomes, care provided by an interprofessional, multidisciplinary team is needed. The benefits of interprofessional collaboration are described with real-world strategies for success.
