Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Analyze strategies to enhance sleep hygiene, including optimizing conditions to promote healthy sleep duration and regularity
- Review the clinical presentation and screening tools for the evaluation of sleep disorders and insomnia
- Describe common sleep disturbances seen in primary care practice diseases, and develop strategies for the diagnosis of patients with sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, and restless legs syndrome
