Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Name the FDA-approved medications for alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder and tobacco used disorder and understand clinical situations on how to prescribe them
- Review emergent treatment approaches for treatment of addictive disorders including TMS, hallucinogens and other medications in development
- Improve clinical skills in screening and assessment of addictive disorders and be able to refer to treatment specialists
